Another merry Christmas

Well it was another good holiday season. Dad bought some property for him and my mom to build their house on. He even told me that if I help to build the house I could build a house of my own there. It really is a cool piece of property. Very natural and untouched. He plans on leaving it almost exactly the way that it is currently. With just a road in that is aready there and a square for the house. There is a tree there that has got to be almost three hundred years old. It is about twenty feet around.

Things are good though, I have done something these last few days that I haven't done in months. Play video games for days. I mean nothing to do, well video games sound good. It helps that the game is good.

Got some movies for Christmas, and unlike others I did not wine about getting a Jet Li movie. Kidding, kidding. I totaled it all up and found out that I owe my dad $19, 119.01 for college, based on the deal that we made before I went to college. Total college was a little over fifty thousand. But that is what happens when you go to school for a little over five years. Lets see if I save every dime that I get paid, by June I will have about... oh not enough to cover it. Great, I am glad that I got into a profession that really rewards you for your efforts. Oh right I had forgotten the rewards for my job come in the satisfaction not in the monitary rewards. It is a fun job though.

I am looking forward to the new years party tomorrow. We are going to the Wild Ginger, as Maurice would say it is going to be very swank. But this time I do not think that I will go for the kitchy look. I think that I am going to be going for a more refined look. Something a little more sophistocated. And hey you never know this might be the year that I actually kiss someone at midnight. Not that that is my goal, it is just more of an observation that anything is possible if you are actually going out and doing stuff. No matter what happens though it should be fun.
